Hey bro, I know this post is old, but I would like to sahre anyway. the best way to get through a plateau is to make training fun. introduce play drills to your game as much as possible. Have situational rolling competitions with your classmates. It will help remove the dullness of constant drilling and has the added benefit of make training much more productive because your opponents will not keep giving you the same pressure. As they get better, you're forced to get better and you probably won't even realize it.

God bless my friend!
